At New York Medical College, we are committed to catering to the diverse culinary requirements of our campus community. Whether you seek a quick meal between classes, or are organizing a catered event on campus, our food services are here to meet your needs. We prioritize health-conscious meal options and strive to accommodate various dietary requirements, including food allergies, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian preferences. All on-campus food options are Glatt Kosher under the supervision of the Orthodox Union. Doc’s café also adheres to Halal dietary standards.
Doc's Café - operated by Silverleaf
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Skyline Café, BSB Café and SHSP Café
Hours: Open six days a week*; 24 hours a day
*Closed from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday for religious observances

The Cafés vending machines, provided by Berkshire, offer Kosher snacks, drinks, and fresh food at three locations across campus, ensuring accessibility and variety for all.
Catering
On-campus catering is available for breakfast and lunch. Catering for large evening events is available as well. All food services and catering requests must be pre-approved by Vilma Bordonaro, chief of staff, and submitted no less than one week prior to an event. Catering requests can be submitted through the On-Campus Catering Request Form, which is also available on the TouroOne portal under the Campus Resources tab. A list of approved Glatt Kosher Caterers is available on the TouroOne portal under Campus Resources. Off-campus Glatt Kosher Caterers catering requests can be submitted through the External Catering Request Form, also available on the TouroOne portal under the Campus Resources tab.
