We understand the importance of accurate and timely information and are here to help current student, alumni, or an external organization with verification services. Our services include:

Verifying Student Status and History

• Enrollment Status: Need to confirm your current student status? Complete the Certification of Enrollment Form.
• Attendance Dates: We provide detailed records of your academic journey, including dates of attendance, essential for various professional and personal needs.

Confirming Graduation

• Degree Verification: Partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), we offer degree verification for graduates of New York Medical College and Touro College of Dental Medicine.

Licensure Certification

• Certificate of Medical Education (CME)/Forms for Licensure: These forms can be faxed, emailed, mailed, or uploaded through the Parchment website if requesting with an official transcript. If you need additional documentation to accompany the form(s), please provide special instructions.

Expected Turnaround Time

Requests are typically completed within 5 business days. During high volume seasons, verification, transcripts, and forms may take additional time to complete, up to 1-2 weeks. Please be patient and allow for more time during our holiday periods.
