We understand the importance of accurate and timely information and are here to help current student, alumni, or an external organization with verification services. Our services include:
Verifying Student Status and History
- Enrollment Status: Need to confirm your current student status? Complete the Certification of Enrollment FormCertification of Enrollment Form (opens in a new tab).
- Attendance Dates: We provide detailed records of your academic journey, including dates of attendance, essential for various professional and personal needs.
Confirming Graduation
- Degree Verification: Partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), we offer degree verificationdegree verification (opens in a new tab) for graduates of New York Medical College and Touro College of Dental Medicine.
Licensure Certification
- Certificate of Medical Education (CME)/Forms for Licensure: These forms can be faxed, emailed, mailed, or uploaded through the ParchmentParchment (opens in a new tab) website if requesting with an official transcript. If you need additional documentation to accompany the form(s), please provide special instructions.
Expected Turnaround Time
Requests are typically completed within 5 business days. During high volume seasons, verification, transcripts, and forms may take additional time to complete, up to 1-2 weeks. Please be patient and allow for more time during our holiday periods.
