Debbie Isabella, M.T., SC (ASCP), dedicated over 34 years to clinical hospital settings, driven by a passion for laboratory testing. Her journey was guided by the mentorship of Dr. I. Argani, whose expertise and guidance shaped her career significantly.   

Debbie’s contributions spanned various facets of medical diagnostics, from routine tests to specialized analyses, always prioritizing patient care and precision. After retiring from the hospital, she transitioned into teaching laboratory science.  Her mission is to address shortages in the medical laboratory field by nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals, ensuring high standards and innovation in healthcare diagnostics.
