New York Medical College (NYMC) Health Services is here to ensure you, our students, , employees, and persons working in our laboratories have the resources needed to meet the health requirements for your clinical and laboratory services. Below you'll find the forms needed for both incoming and current students, the clinical care, pharmacies and laboratory services available on campus, and our contact information and hours to make an appointment.

School of Medicine students: Providers of health and/or mental health services cannot have current or future involvement in the academic assessment of the student or in decisions about the promotion of that student.

Clinic Office Hours

Visits are by appointment only.

Monday – Friday* 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
*From October 1 through March 31, Clinic closes at 3:00 p.m. on Fridays

Clinical Care, Laboratories and Pharmacies

Below is a list of clinical care, pharmacies and laboratory test services on the Valhalla campus. When seeking care, always remember to check that the provider accepts your health insurance.

Medical care

• Family Health Center at NYMC at 19 Skyline Drive available for primary care services
• The Office of Student Mental Health and Wellness offers services that are available to students
• Advanced Physician Services, the medical practice of the Westchester Medical Center (WMC) Health Network has medical services and specialty care available at the WMC Ambulatory Pavilion and at the outpatient practices located at 19 Bradhurst Avenue
• Other practices in the geographic area include Summit Health, formerly Westmed, and urgent care centers.

Current Students

This Medical History and Physical Exam Form (fillable PDF or printed), used to update your history and physical as required by sites for your clinical rotations, should be emailed to health_services@nymc.edu after both student and physician sections are complete.
