The Office of Student Mental Health and Wellness works with individuals to help them achieve mental and emotional well-being. Our clinicians deliver high-quality counseling services, evaluation, and support, when, where, and how students need it. Students may access a myriad of services at no cost and with utmost attention to confidentiality.

We offer a range of services both in person and through telehealth, from supportive psychotherapy focused on identifying and enhancing coping skills to consultation and assessment of all psychiatric conditions and treatments, including psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Services are delivered onsite with NYMC clinicians and in partnership with Timelycare (virtual care only), which includes access to a licensed clinician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
