Michelle Novotny, M.A., has over 25 years of senior-level administration experience in Higher Education. Working closely with both the dean and vice dean, Ms. Novotny is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations for SHSP, in addition to overseeing both new and continuing student enrollment, spanning four programs and over 400 students in SHSP.

Before joining NYMC, Ms. Novotny served as the director of operations at Manhattan College and university director of enrollment systems solutions for The City University of New York before being recruited to The College of New Rochelle, where she served as the associate vice president for enrollment management. Her areas of expertise include recruitment, enrollment reporting and projections, budget management, project management, event planning, marketing, and communications.

Ms. Novotny is currently working on her Doctorate in Higher Education with completion expected next spring.
