Kathleen Franklin, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, has served as the primary investigator on several state funded contracts to support technology information/referral, technology loan program, and training through the New York State Office of Advocate for Persons with Disabilities. Dr. Franklin chairs the SHSP Student Affairs Committee and is a site visitor for the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She maintains national certification and state licensure.
