Before Registration

  • Meet with your program advisor to discuss the courses you should enroll in for the semester.
  • Review the course offerings and note the Course Reference Numbers (CRNs) for the classes you plan to take.
  • Students who need to maintain full-time status (for financial aid, visa, or other purposes) should consult the criteria and their advisor.

Online Registration Process

  1. Log in to the TouroOne Portaland click on ‘Registration Tools’ from the top navigation menu. Then select ‘Add or Drop Classes’
  2. Select ‘Register for Classes’
  3. Select the Term you’d like to register for and click Continue
  4. Enter the CRN. Click ‘Add Another CRN’ to add more than one.
  5. Click ‘Add to Summary’. Courses will appear in the lower right corner.
  6. Click ‘Submit’
  7. If there are no errors, the status for each class will display as ‘Registered’ under ‘Status’
  8. You may also view your schedule under ‘Schedule and Options’ tab
  9. If you receive a registration error, please contact your advisor or registrar@nymc.edu

Registration Tips

Students are advised to register early to avoid of the possibility of a being closed out of classes because they have reached their maximum. Guidelines for the optimum and maximum class size are followed to insure the best educational experience for the student.
