Ahmad Abdel-Aziz is a seasoned healthcare leader and public health strategist with over 18 years of experience spanning health systems engagement, market access, and account leadership. He has worked across some of the largest integrated delivery networks in the Northeast—including Northwell Health, Montefiore, Mount Sinai, NYU Langone, Yale New Haven Health, Hartford HealthCare, SUNY, and NYC Health + Hospitals—driving compliant adoption of innovative therapies and advancing equitable access to care.

His career includes leadership roles at Indivior, Alkermes, Amgen, AstraZeneca/MedImmune, and Merck, where he delivered successful product launches, payer wins, and system-level partnerships. He has also collaborated on NIH- and Yale-led research projects addressing opioid use disorder, EHR decision support, and healthcare inequities.

With a unique combination of industry expertise, academic training, and entrepreneurial innovation, Ahmad aims to shape the next generation of healthcare systems. His long-term goal is to influence policy, compliance, and equity-focused reforms that ensure sustainable access to care, while building innovative platforms that bridge the gap between public health and market-based solutions.
