Meghan Appel, M.S., received her Master's in Molecular Cytology/Cytotechnology. Ms. Appel has obtained her NYS cytotechnologist license as well as her national certification through the ASCP. 

Ms. Appel has joined the DrPH program at NYMC with hopes to transition her career towards health policy and health administration in the future. She is passionate about public health education and policy. 

Ms. Appel has goals to develop educational programs and help improve access to healthcare as she continues growing her career.
