Taylor Neither is a full-time student in the Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program in Health Policy and Management at New York Medical College. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education from Kennesaw State University.

Before joining the DrPH program, Taylor gained extensive experience in public health through academic research and community health initiatives focused on health education and population health improvement. She serves as the Prevention Program Coordinator at Emory University School of Medicine, where her work focuses on maternal substance use and child development. She has previously contributed to youth-focused vaccine education programs at the University of Georgia amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The programs emphasized strategies for communicating the importance of childhood vaccines in an age-appropriate and culturally relevant manner. Her career is marked by a commitment to promoting health equity and implementing evidence-based strategies to improve health outcomes.

Taylor’s career goals focus on advancing public health through policy analysis, innovative programming, and rigorous evaluation. She is committed to developing and influencing policies that improve health outcomes on a broad scale.
