I’m Shantigra “Shae” Williams, a strategic leader, licensed mental health counselor, and community builder with a passion for advancing equity, innovation, policy, systems, and environment. With nearly a decade of experience spanning public health, professional counseling, and nonprofit leadership, I specialize in connecting disciplines, cultivating partnerships, and translating data into action.

Currently, I serve as the Community Building Manager for Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach with the Children’s Services Council of Broward County, where I lead initiatives that enhance accessibility, drive policy innovation, grant administration, governance, and improve outcomes for youth and their families. My work is grounded in Results-Based Accountability and informed by a deep commitment to inclusive and community-centered solutions.
