Peter G. Page, M.D., M.M.M., CPE, FACEP, joined the Westchester Medical Center Health Network as its inaugural executive vice president and chief clinical officer in October 2025. His office oversees WMCHealth’s combined physician enterprise of more than 1,000 providers, as well as the Network’s robust graduate medical education programs, which train more than 500 residents and fellows each year in partnership with New York Medical College.

Dr. Paige previously served as chief clinical officer at the University of Virginia Health System, where he spearheaded sweeping clinical integration efforts and delivered dramatic improvements in patient outcomes, safety, and operational efficiency. Prior to that, he was CEO and hospital general director at Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he led a financial turnaround and positioned the institution for sustainable growth. Earlier in his career, Dr. Paige spent more than a decade at Jackson Health System in Miami, FL, where he served as executive vice president, chief physician executive, and chief clinical officer, overseeing more than 1,100 residents and fellows and driving nationally recognized quality gains.

Dr. Paige holds a medical degree from the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse School of Medicine and a Master’s in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has held faculty appointments at the University of Virginia, University of Massachusetts, and University of Miami Schools of Medicine. A nationally respected thought leader, Dr. Paige serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association for Physician Leadership.
