Jason Elyaguov, M.D., is a fellowship-trained genitourinary reconstructive surgeon. He is the current section chief of reconstructive urology and urologic trauma at Westchester Medical Center, as well as the surgical director of the Ally Care Center's transgender surgery division.
He is passionate about medical education and is the assistant program director of the Urology Residency Program at Westchester Medical Center.
He specializes in urethral stricture repairs, male incontinence, buried phallus, male sexual dysfunction, urologic trauma, robotic ureteral reconstruction, and genital gender-affirming surgery. He is also a surgical proctor for Coloplast, offering expertise in the placement of the ProACT device, a male adjustable continence therapy prosthetic.

Teaching Responsibilities
Dr. Elyaguov is actively involved in the education and mentorship of New York Medical College medical students and Westchester Medical Center urology residents through both clinical and didactic instruction.
As assistant program director of the Urology Residency Program at Westchester Medical Center, he participates in resident education, curriculum development, case-based discussions, and surgical training. During his residency, he served as the Urology Residency Curriculum Committee resident liaison, contributing to the enhancement of resident educational initiatives.
He has delivered educational presentations and Grand Rounds lectures, including presentations on disorders of sexual development and complex reconstructive urologic conditions, and regularly provides bedside teaching, operative instruction, and mentorship to medical students and residents rotating through the Department of Urology. His teaching focuses on reconstructive urology, urologic trauma, robotic surgery, and resident professional development.
