Bilal Farooqi, M.D.

Bilal Farooqi, M.D., is the medical director of the Clinical Hematology/Oncology and Research Program at Good Samaritan Hospital. part of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network. Triple board-certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology, he has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Graduate Medical Education and the Journal of Oncology Practice, and has presented at national conferences such as the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

His research experience includes working at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, where he was a research fellow of the American Cancer Society, Florida Division. His research on breast cancer at Navicent Health in Macon, Georgia, won first place at the annual meeting of the Georgia Chapter of the American College of Physicians.
