Anne Hardart, M.D., is the chief of the Division of Advanced Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Westchester Medical Center (WMC). She previously served as director of gynecology at Mount Sinai West, where she was very involved in resident teaching, and as the program director for Mount Sinai’s fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She also had a busy clinical practice in New York City for over 20 years before joining WMC in 2024.
Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, her clinical interests include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fistulas, and shared decision making for pelvic floor disorders. She also has an interest in global health and has spent many years participating in surgical trips to Central America.
She provides many office-based treatments and procedures and is a skilled and versatile surgeon, offering minimally invasive surgical approaches, particularly vaginal and laparoscopic, for treating pelvic floor disorders and other gynecologic conditions.
