A board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility (REI) specialist, Martin Keltz, M.D., serves as the medical director of reproductive endocrinology at Westchester Medical Center (WMC) and has directed WESTMED/Summit Health Reproductive Services since 2015. Dr. Keltz also holds certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Keltz provides comprehensive care for couples facing infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss, as well as individuals with reproductive disorders such as fibroids and endometriosis.
A prolific researcher, he has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and more than 50 abstracts in reproductive medicine. At WMC, Dr. Keltz leads a clinical research team composed of NYMC medical students, OB/GYN residents, and faculty, focused on improving diagnostic and procedural outcomes in assisted reproduction. His current work emphasizes fluoroscopic, ultrasound-guided ovarian and tubal evaluations, and advanced hysteroscopic techniques to optimize fertility care.

Research
Dr. Martin Keltz, M.D., has been involved in clinical research in reproductive medicine for over 30 years. The majority of his research has focused on the optimization of evidence-based fertility diagnostics, including sonohysterography, chlamydia antibody testing, and semen testing. More recently, his research focus has been on outcomes-based assessments of assisted reproduction
protocols and techniques, as well as reproductive surgery. His areas of investigation have included IUI preparations, stimulation protocols in IVF, preimplantation genetic screening, laparoscopic procedures for pelvic pain, endometriosis, and infertility, and most recently, a focus on a variety of hysteroscopic procedures and their impact on live birth rates following spontaneous or IVF conceptions. Dr. Keltz is the first or senior author and principal investigator on about eighty percent of his publications.
