Brittany Sanford, M.D., is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and currently serves as assistant director of labor and delivery at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Sanford is committed to patient-centered care, quality improvement, and patient safety, with specific expertise in preventing primary cesarean deliveries. She is a Team STEPPS Master Trainer and uses her skills to enhance communication and teamwork across Maternal-Child Health staff. In addition, she is dedicated to medical education, mentoring students and residents both formally and during clinical care.
