Tara Spruill, DNP, FNP-C, C-EFM, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to women’s health, health equity, and patient-centered care. She works full-time at an academic medical institution, providing clinical care while mentoring and training the next generation of healthcare providers, and has served as an adjunct nursing professor since 2019. Her clinical focus emphasizes care for underserved populations, and she is actively involved in research aimed at improving health outcomes and transforming care delivery. Dr. Spruill contributes nationally through her service on the Research Committee for the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH), combining professional expertise with mentorship and advocacy to make a meaningful impact in both healthcare and the community.
