Ming Tsai, M.D., is a distinguished board-certified OB/GYN with nearly 30 years of clinical experience in women’s health. Dr. Tsai holds leadership roles as vice chair of the OB/GYN Department and associate director at Westchester Medical Center.

His dedication to patient care and medical education has earned him numerous accolades, including the Top Doctor Award and recognition as a Top Obstetrician and Gynecologist by peers and patients. He has also received multiple distinguished teaching awards throughout his academic career. One of Dr. Tsai’s most notable honors is the Leonard J. Tow Humanism in Medicine Faculty Award, elected by graduating medical students to a faculty member who exemplifies integrity, excellence, compassion, altruism, respect, empathy, and service. The American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists recognized his clinical expertise and awarded him the “Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures” distinction.

Dr. Tsai’s clinical and research interests focus on menstrual disorders, uterine fibroids, endometrial pathology, menopause, and minimally invasive surgery. He is a prolific researcher with extensive publications in women’s health, and he lectures at both local and national conferences. Additionally, he serves on the editorial boards of several prestigious medical journals in the field of women’s health and is an active peer reviewer.

Dr. Tsai is multilingual and fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin), and Taiwanese (Hokkien), which allows him to connect with a diverse patient population.
