Aaron Zuckerman, M.D., joined the faculty of NYMC and staff of Westchester Medical Center in 2024. He is a frequent lecturer at the medical school, residency, and fellowship levels. He serves as the faculty mentor for the NYMC Surgery Interest Group, leading skills workshops, career talks, and residency preparation sessions for the medical students. He is an active member of the Westchester Medical Center Student Engagement Committee, which promotes meaningful connections among students, residents, and faculty through academic, research, and community outreach initiatives. He also leads the Westchester Medical Center's Department of Surgery Summer Research Program for NYMC students entering their second year of school.

His current research interests are in the topics of trauma, critical care, and acute care surgery.
